PREPAREDNESS FOR CLASS

A. I was 100 % prepared for today’s class with all readings reviewed, my LOG was 100% complete & all other assignments that were due today were completed on time.

B. I read/reviewed most (85%) of today’s assigned Readings & viewings but not all of them.

C. I admit that I came to class fairly unprepared in that I didn’t complete the majority of the Readings/viewings ahead of time.

ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY

A. I "arrived" on time to ZOOM class, stayed attentive* for the entire class session, & returned from "break" on time.

B. I came to class a little late OR left the meeting a bit early OR I was late rejoin the group after break., OR I was distracted at times.

C. I was significantly late or left significantly early - (i.e. more than 15 minutes), OR had a lot of interruptions/distractions which took away my focus.

ENGAGEMENT  & PARTICIPATION: *Attentive means I gave the discussions and activities my full attention, I was not distracted or multitasking, or messing with the phone or other things (kids, animals, etc.)

A. To the best of my ability, I participated fully in discussions, listened and responded respectfully to instructor & classmates, & totally stayed on task during activities.

B. I participated in discussions and listened attentively but admit I did not always give full focus on activities or stay focused on tasks.

C. I only asked or answered questions when prompted, and comments sometimes veered off-topic.

INTELLECTUAL CURIOSITY & CRITICAL THINKING

A. I asked & answers questions with enthusiasm. My questions/comments were:  relevant, displayed comprehension of the topic, or helped further understanding of the topic.

B. I occasionally commented or asked questions but some they were tangents, tended to be on the surface level or for clarification only.

C. Sorry, I confess my mind was elsewhere today. I was not very intellectually involved today:( I didn’t ask or answer questions, did not offer comments, or responses.) To be honest I “checked out” at times.
