Using your Marketing Plan and your company as the subject for this activity, you will design an advertising campaign using the "Steps in Designing an Advertising Plan", found in this week's mini lecture Mini Lecture: Advertising 

If you want a strong plan for promotion, I recommend you delve into specifics.  You can consider creating a marketing calendar, creating sample advertisements and posts, and putting together a promotional budget. 

Yes, you will have to call your local radio station and contact Facebook etc for prices. You are launching your company's marketing plan soon and need to know this information.

  • How much does it cost to place an ad on Facebook or Instagram? 
  • How much is an ad in Seven Days?  On a local radio station?  A music streaming service? 

Getting some perspective about actual costs is important.
