Part 2 -Final Wrap Up -Please watch Farewell and Final Thoughts Video

Great job everyone on all of your hard work with this class.  Everyone has until 8/16 to make up any lingering work.  This may include final dietary analysis projects, discussion board posts, assignments, exams or nutrition research papers.  Please use this week to wrap up any of these pieces and submit them as soon as possible.  If you have any questions, please contact me at any point.  I have enclosed some final thoughts regarding food rules and guidelines for all of you to consider and keep in mind as you move forward on your journeys  Please be sure to contribute to our last Discussion Board Post also.  Best of luck to everyone and truly great work with the class.  Hope you enjoyed the class and have a great winter.
